Imaam As-Sadi [may Allaah have mercy upon him] said: This Surah is called Surah An-Ni’am, because in the beginning Allaah mentions the original sources of blessings and their foundations, and at the end of it He mentions the things that complement and perfect them. PDF here: Sura_An_Ni_am
The questioner says: Oh Shaykh, on my phone I have a digital mushaf. Is it permissible for me to read from it and does my reward decrease compared to reading from the printed mushaf, and is it compulsory upon me to make ritual ablution when reciting?
“The guidance of the Prophet ﷺ with the Quran, is that he use to obtain it from Jibreel (alayhis salaam), Jibreel would convey it onto him from his Lord. So the Prophet ﷺ would begin with acting upon it and teaching it to the people, this is how his guidance was with the Quran.”
"From the first virtues of this month, is that Allah revealed the Quran within it; meaning revelation of the Quran began in this month; and that occurred on the Night of Decree…" Links 🔗 from Video – salafidawah.uk/Online – Online Quran Lessons: Salafischool.co.uk/online – Online Full Day Classes: TuitionClub.org/Online
Have concern for recitation of the Qur’aan in this noble month, together with pondering and reflecting upon it, taking admonition from its admonitions, heeding what it reprimands, understanding what is lawful and unlawful, understanding the promises and threats and that which is similar in the Noble Quran. And by way of this, the souls are purified and the hearts are illuminated.
From Al-Majmoo of Shaykh Rabee ibn Haadi Al-Madkhalee (Hafidahullah). Vol.15 pg.338
“Whoever reaches the Month of Ramadhan and Allah enables him to benefit in it, then verily Allah has blessed him with a tremendous blessing, (and there) is nothing comparable to it.”
What is the legislative ruling on a person who reads from the noble mushaf for taraweeh prayer in Ramadhan, or the night prayer outside of Ramadhan or the eclipse prayer, whilst a person is standing for the prayer and he has the mushaf with him and he reads the long chapters, which he was not able to memorise?
And when he prostrates he places the mushaf on the ground or a table which is close to him and when he stands he takes the mushaf with his hand and recites, and he does this until he has finished his prayer?

And thus We have sent to you (O Muhammad) Ruhan (an Inspiration, and a Mercy) of Our Command. You knew not what is the Book, nor what is Faith? But We have made it (this Qur’an) a light wherewith We guide whosoever of Our slaves We will. And verily, you (O Muhammad) are indeed guiding (mankind) to the Straight Path (i.e. Allah’s religion of Islamic Monotheism). The Path of Allah, to Whom belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. Verily, all the matters at the end go to Allah (for decision). [Surah Ash-Shooraa’ Aayaat 52-53]
Shaikh Saaleh Aala Ash-Shaikh [may Allaah preserve him] said: Not every Haafidh of the Qur’aan has this light, rather the one who understands the Qur’aan and is guided by it – the one who adheres to its ordainments, declares lawful what the Qur’aan declares lawful and declares unlawful what the Qur’aan declares unlawful – has light in his heart and clear-sightedness based on how much light he has.
